We apologize for any inconvenience that MAP pricing (minimum advertised pricing) may cause in getting you our guaranteed low price on Evolis equipment and supplies.  MAP pricing was created to maintain the integrity and quality of service expected by all Evolis dealers and resellers.

In order to alleviate brand degradation as well as to reinforce the advantages of our products in the areas of quality, design, warranty, and service delivered by our Evolis Business Partners (EBPs), we have established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. All EBPs, as well as their network and any non-end-user resellers, are asked to adhere to.  The MAP Policy is as follows:

The Evolis MAP Policy

Evolis has established the following MAP Policy that better reflects our business philosophy and shall be adhered to and enforced by all of its EBPs and their direct or indirect reseller networks, distributors, and/or VARs.

A:   The maximum allowable MAP discount will be no more than 5% below the Evolis official list price of each product. This policy does not establish a maximum price for any Evolis product and applies to published Evolis product prices only.

B:  The minimum advertised price (MAP) is established by Evolis for its products and may be adjusted by Evolis with prior notice at any time. Evolis reserves the right to suspend the MAP program for its full product range or by specific product line by notifying all distributors and resellers of such change in advance. 

C:  From time to time, Evolis will engage in specific promotions of certain products.  In so doing, the MAP Policy continues to apply to promotional prices.  In no way does the implementation of a promotional price or discounted price period by Evolis negate the Evolis MAP policy or our EBPs responsibilities in implementing it. MAP pricing discount and guidelines must also continue to be followed even when an Evolis product is advertised in combination with products NOT made by Evolis (cameras, software, scanners etc). 

D:  The intentional or unintentional repeated failure to follow this MAP Policy will result in either the termination of the distributor/reseller agreement with Evolis or changes in the discount structure with Evolis.  Evolis will not persist in any business relationship with distributors/resellers that do not follow Evolis distribution philosophy and business strategy.
